Local Loss of Feeling or Sensation from Anesthetic Drug, Regional Anesthesia for Cesarean Section, Regional Anesthesia for Labor Pain, Sedation with Ability to Respond to Stimulation or Speech, Calming of Intubated Patient by Administration of Sedative, Severe Pain
