Bhava Devi
Thank you for joining us today for meditation. Meditation is an incredible practice. It helps to-- help us find comfort in the body, find peace, pain relief, joy, presence. It's not just for those of us who might be working with pain, or living with MS, but just living in daily life. So I invite you to join me here.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

So come into a comfortable seat. Find your place of center. You can wiggle around, if you like. Right. Just find a space where you feel solid and held. Deep breaths. Find your breath here.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Just taking a moment to observe your own internal flow as it comes to you, as the breath.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

No need to change anything, or do anything different.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

You may find here that the movement of the breath calls you more towards a place of stillness, of quiet, of rest.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

And so with each breath, with each round of the breath, you become more and more relaxed. Spine straight, and strong. Chin up and level. Shoulders back and down.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

And just continue to listen with your breath. And with each breath, as you breathe in and out, you become more and more relaxed. And as you Inhale, you expand the belly out, filling up. And as you exhale, roll the belly button back towards the spine, emptying out.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Take a deep breath in, expanding. Exhale, roll the belly button.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Relaxing on the Inhale, and on the exhale.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Take a deep breath in. And as you breathe in, you choose the thought. I am breathing in.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

And as you exhale, you choose the thought. I am breathing out.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Again and again, starting anew.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Letting the breath lead the line.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

You come here into the wisdom of the breath, the wonder of the breath, in the wellness of your breath.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Deep breath in. I am breathing in, claiming the moment, claiming the present. Exhale. I am breathing out.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

If there are any thoughts that come that are not of the breaths, you can simply say, not now. You can choose to breathe that thought in, in its fullness. And with the breath, as you exhale, you release the thought.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

You're here once again, claiming mastery of your breath, claiming mastery of your mind. You choose the thought. Choose peace. So breathe in peace. Breathe out peace with each breath.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Breathe in. Exhale. And as you exhale, begin to open your eyes. They extend the space of your meditation, this awareness of who you are.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Expand this knowing into the world around me. And this is how you engage in your life. Thank you for joining me.
