Syringoma are benign growths of the sweat gland. They appear as small brown, yellow, or pink bumps that usually occur in clusters around the eyes or on the neck. They are usually painless and require no treatment but can be removed cosmetically if desired. Women, especially of Japanese heritage, are affected more than men.
