How often should I change my sheets? If you're wearing pajamas, changing sheets once a week is fine. If's just if you're not wearing pajamas or sleeping in the nude that you'd probably want to be changing them at least twice a week. Also, by the way, a lot of people when they change their sheets, they don't wash their mattress pad, and so that's another thing that people need to do. You need to have a couple of mattress pads that you can be again rotating in and out and changing more often.
