The problem with prostate cancer is that there really are not any obvious symptoms. Men can present getting up at night to urinate, going frequently during the daytime; those really are all problems mostly of an enlarged prostate. There are no obvious signs that you can say, this is from prostate cancer. This is why it's so important for men to go see their doctor for an exam and a PSA blood test annually.
