Who should not take Ventolin HFA Aerosol With Adapter?

The following conditions are contraindicated with this drug. Check with your physician if you have any of the following:

Conditions:

  • overactive thyroid gland
  • diabetes
  • ketoacidosis
  • excess body acid
  • low amount of potassium in the blood
  • high blood pressure
  • diminished blood flow through arteries of the heart
  • disease of inadequate blood flow to the heart muscle
  • prolonged QT interval on EKG
  • abnormal heart rhythm
  • abnormal EKG with QT changes from birth
  • seizures

Allergies:

  • Beta-Adrenergic Agents
