If you are PREGNANT

- management or monitoring precaution: Renal-Decreased doses may be necessary in advanced renal dysfunction. Monitor serum potassium levels more closely. Gastrointestinal-Increased risk for gastritis.
Giving Potassium Citrate ER to a child under 12
