What is sex with a penile implant like?

ANSWER

When your penis is inflated, the prosthesis makes it stiff and thick, similar to a natural erection, although most men rate it as shorter than they'd normally have. But newer models have cylinders that may increase the length, thickness, and stiffness.

Bendable rods surgically implanted within the erection chambers will make the penis always semi-rigid so it merely needs to be lifted or adjusted into the right position.

A penile prosthesis doesn't change sensation on the skin of the penis or your ability to orgasm. Ejaculation isn't affected. But once a penile prosthesis is put in, it may destroy your natural erection reflex.
