Nummular eczema. Round coin-shaped lesions of eczema on the legs of a child. Nummular eczema is a chronic, pruritic, inflammatory dermatitis occurring in the form of coin-shaped plaques. It is seen in individuals with very dry skin and/or atopic dermatitis.
