    I have taken Reishi Mushroom Powder mixed with Lion's Mane (OM Mushrooms) for 8 weeks now and noticed a very positive effect at first, I have lost 11 pounds in the past 3 weeks. However, I have had severe stomach pain directly after eating food. The pain lasts for about 3 hours, then I'm fine.     Don't harvest from wild! There aren't supposed to be any look alikes, so I'm pretty sure I used reishi (ganoderma). 2 times I tried tiny chunk brewed into tea. Gave bad headaches. Either that's a side effect for me, or most likely, it's just too hard to regulate a safe amount, when picking
