If you are:

Pregnant:

FDB Only When Necessary: NEONATAL WITHDRAWAL/RESP.DEPRESS. W/CHRONIC OR HIGH DOSE; SMALL TERATOGENIC RISK

Only When Necessary

Nursing:

Precaution: MONITOR INFANT FOR RESPIRATORY DEPRESSION AND INCREASED DROWSINESS

Precaution: MAY INHIBIT LACTATION. AVOID CHRONIC USE.

An adult over 60:

Precaution: (BEERS) ANTICHOLINERGIC: SEDATION, COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENT, GLAUCOMA

Precaution: USE CAUTION IN ASTHMA, PROSTATIC HYPERTROPHY, HEPATIC DISEASE.

Giving B & O 16-A Supprette rectal to a child under 12:

Relative Contraindication: MORE SUSCEPTIBLE TO EFFECTS AND ADVERSE CNS EFFECTS, RESPIRATORY DEPRESSION.
