Kathleen Tourjee has served as head of Human Resources of WebMD since September 2011. She joined WebMD in December 2010 as Sr. Director, Total Rewards. Prior to joining WebMD, Ms. Tourjee was Sr. Director, Global Compensation at Pfizer, Inc. Her career at Pfizer spanned 29 years and several divisions, beginning in 1981 as a chemical process engineer and progressing through increasing levels of responsibility during 12 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing and 17 years in Human Resources.
Ms. Tourjee earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Connecticut and an MS in Business from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
