Endocrine-May exacerbate or cause SIADH and hyponatremia. Cardiovascular-Orthostatic hypotension risk. Renal-Decrease dose for CrCL< 30 mL/min. Hepatic-In combination with renal impairment, may require dose adjustment.

  • Severe Precaution: Possible increased suicidal ideation and suicide attempts. Efficacy not established in pediatrics. Not approved for pediatric use per manufacturer.
