If you are PREGNANT

  • Not Recommended: BASED ON DRUG PHARMACOLOGY DEVELOPMENTAL TOXICITY IS POSSIBLE.

If you are NURSING

  • Absolute Contraindication: SERIOUS ADV EVENTS POSS IN INFANT; AVOID BF DURING AND 2 MONTHS AFTER TX

If you are an adult over 60

  • management or monitoring precaution: General-Geriatric patients may experience a higher incidence of adverse drug reactions, particularly GI ADRs, when used in combination with other chemotherapeutic agents.

Giving Panitumumab Solution to a child under 12

  • Severe Precaution: Limited studies suggest no anti-tumor effect in pediatrics.
