- bundle branch block
- orthostatic hypotension, a form of low blood pressure

- high blood sugar

- a high prolactin level
- hyperactive behavior
- a sore throat
- a stuffy and runny nose
- a problem with menstrual periods
- backache
- muscle pain
- difficulty sleeping
- increased hunger
- a type of speech disorder called dysarthria
- heart throbbing or pounding
- cough
- nausea
- generalized weakness
- intense abdominal pain
- anxious feelings
RARE side effects
If experienced, these tend to have a Severe expression
- diabetes
- very low levels of granulocytes, a type of white blood cell
- low levels of white blood cells
- low levels of a type of white blood cell called neutrophils
- tardive dyskinesia, a disorder characterized by involuntary movements of the face, mouth and tongue
- neuroleptic malignant syndrome, a reaction characterized by fever, muscle rigidity and confusion
- high blood pressure
- atrioventricular block, a type of slow heart rhythm disorder
- a type of slowed heart rhythm disorder called heart block
- slow heartbeat
- sinus tachycardia, a type of fast heart rate
- prolonged QT interval on EKG
- abnormal functioning of the sinus node of the heart
- a transient ischemic attack, a type of stroke that lasts only a few minutes
- a stroke
- cerebral ischemia, a lack of blood supply to the brain
- pneumonia due to accidental inhalation of vomit
- blocked bowels with decreased peristaltic movement
- blockage of the stomach or intestine
