How the interaction occurs:
Ceritinib and crizotinib can slow the breakdown of some medications such as alfentanil, cyclosporine, dihydroergotamine, ergotamine, fentanyl, pimozide, quinidine, sirolimus, and tacrolimus.
What might happen:
If the blood level of your medicine increases you may have an increase in side effects.

Make sure your healthcare professionals (e.g. doctor or pharmacist) know that you are taking these medicines together. Ask your pharmacist what side effects to look for and report for the medicine you are taking.Your healthcare professionals may already be aware of this interaction and may be monitoring you for it.
