A Malignant Congenital Blastoma, Solid Tumor, Burkitt's Lymphoma, Disease with Enlarged Lymph Tissue, Spleen and Liver, Follicular B-Cell Lymphoma, Chronic Malignant T-Cell Lymphoma of the Skin, Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma, Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma, Multiple Myeloma, Type of Leukemia - Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia, Type of Leukemia - Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia, Progressive Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia, Type of Leukemia - Acute Myeloid Leukemia, Acute Monocytic Leukemia, Breast Cancer, Cancer of the Ovary, Minimal Change Glomerulonephritis

cyclophosphamide IV may also be used to treat:
