Can eating a Mediterranean diet help with my symptoms of psoriatic arthritis?
ANSWER
Some research shows that eating a diet high in extra-virgin olive oil could make psoriasis symptoms less severe. That may be due to omega-3s in the diet, as well as oleocanthal, which eases swelling. If you choose this way of eating, you'll have lots of whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, and some cold-water fish.
