The best sunscreen to choose is the one that you will actually put on your skin. Some people like sprays because they're easy to use, and they blend in well.
Other people prefer a lotion because they get a little moisturization at the same time.
It's really your choice.
Pick the one that feels the best on your skin.
There is some early data to show that antioxidants may help protect against sun damage.
Those are things like vitamin C, vitamin E, selenium.
The data is too early to be able to make recommendations to use these supplements.
But they may have some effect.
So it's really important, rather than to take a supplement, just to eat a good, healthy, well-balanced diet with lots of fruits and vegetables and coffee and tea and other things that are full of antioxidants.
