Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Global Strategy

Jeremy Schneider is Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Global Strategy, responsible for identifying, developing and growing strategic acquisitions and commercial partnerships for both WebMD and Medscape, as well as managing the company’s consumer and professional advertising business outside the United States.

Mr. Schneider added Corporate Development responsibility in August 2017, after successfully establishing and growing WebMD’s professional business across Asia, Europe and Latin America and expanding the company’s international reach. Under Schneider’s leadership, Medscape introduced French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish language editions to meet physician and customer needs, and established partnerships with DXY in China and CareNet in Japan to provide physicians with high-quality medical education programming, and Tencent, to provide consumers in China with WebMD’s high quality on-line health information.

Prior to joining WebMD in 2007, Mr. Schneider headed up the e-Marketing group at Forest Labs (now part of Allergan), helping launch Lexapro, Namenda, and other pharmaceutical products in collaboration with the company’s brand teams.

Mr. Schneider received a MBA from Case Western Weatherhead School of Management, and a BS in Marketing from The Ohio State University.
