Hexadrone is a type of chemical known as an anabolic steroid. It is converted in the body to testosterone and other sex hormones. In the U.S., it is a schedule III controlled substance. It is also banned by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA).

Hexadrone is used for weight loss, to improve athletic performance, to reduce sexual problems, and for many other uses, but there is no good scientific evidence to support its use. Hexadrone might also be unsafe.
