Asthma That Is Getting Worse, Increased Pressure in Eyes, Cataracts, Untreated Systemic Fungal Infection, High Blood Pressure, Diminished Blood Flow through Arteries of the Heart, Bacterial Infection that is not under control, Prolonged Q-T Interval on EKG, Abnormal Heart Rhythm, Abnormal EKG with QT changes from Birth, Herpes Simplex Infection of the Eye, Osteoporosis, Decreased Calcification or Density of Bone, Seizures, Thrush, High Blood Sugar, Active Tuberculosis, Infection due to a Parasite, Overactive Thyroid causing Life-Threatening Symptoms, Diabetes, Insufficiency of the Hypothalamus and Pituitary Gland, Ketoacidosis, Low Amount of Potassium in the Blood
