  • 1/2 cup
    corn kernels, thawed frozen
  • plum tomato, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons
    fresh cilantro, chopped
    lime juice, to taste
    salt, to taste
  1.  Combine avocado, corn, tomato and cilantro in a small bowl. Add lime juice and salt to taste.
