This colorful salsa comes together in a snap with avocado, frozen corn and ripe tomato.
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup corn kernels, thawed frozen
- 1 plum tomato, chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- lime juice, to taste
- salt, to taste
- Step 1
- Combine avocado, corn, tomato and cilantro in a small bowl. Add lime juice and salt to taste.
