Fast Strawberry Frozen Yogurt

Though we use strawberries here, you can use whatever frozen fruit you have on hand in this instant frozen yogurt.

1/2 cup
sugar, preferably instant-dissolving

1/2 cup
nonfat plain yogurt

1 tablespoon
lemon juice

1 16-ounce package
frozen unsweetened strawberries (about 3 1/2 cups)
Combine strawberries and sugar in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Combine yogurt and lemon juice in a measuring cup; with the machine on, gradually pour the mixture through the feed tube. Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the workbowl once or twice. Serve immediately.
