my favorite downtime activity
is.
One of my favorite down times
is, honestly, getting away
from what I do all the time,
which is fitness.
What I find very relaxing,
honestly, is just watching
a movie, watching TV, sitting
on the couch, and just relaxing,
not thinking anything
about fitness, turn the cell
phone off,
turning off my laptop,
and just watching a movie
and just chilling.
