I think the mental part of weight loss is very important and unfortunately I think a lot of our programs out there do a great job of telling people what behaviors to do, not so much helping with the mental part of it.
There are some books and tools out there that you can look at. Most of what we know about the mental part of it comes out of psychology.
We’re talking about things like motivation, positivity, being able to plan, to visualize your new life.
These are things that are very important and unfortunately, you don’t get them in most of the programs that are available, so people have to sort of seek out that information right now.
