Caution with concomitant bradycardia, electrolyte disturbance or underlying cardiac arrhythmia. Hepatic-Rare risk of fatal hepatotoxicity. Monitor hepatic function. Vision-Use caution in the elderly with vision impairment due to risk for bilateral visual field impairment.
