Narrator: When should I worry about vaginal discharge?

Laura Corio, MD: Vaginal discharge, per se is not abnormal. Only if it is itching, burning, odor or irritating to your vagina do I then say to you, you possibly could have an infection. But to have a vaginal discharge is normal and it's because you have hormones in your system that you have bacteria sharing your vagina area that are normal to that area.
