OBI OBADIKE
What's going on? I'm here to talk to you about consuming cheat meals.
I believe in the 90/10 rule.
What does that mean?
It means eating healthy 90% of the week, and then cheating 10% of the week.
Cheat meals are good for you.
Psychologically, you need that.
Especially if you're eating healthy throughout the week.
The best time to consume a cheat meal is right after you work out.
It's called the post workout window.
It's a two hour window.
What happens is you work out and your body is just craving for extra carbs, craving for extra fats.
It's not meant to fill your belly or fill your stomach.
It's meant to give you that psychological change, because you've been healthy throughout the week.
So cheat meals are good for you, if you consume them the right way.
