Gym Smarts: Lower Body Calf Exercise
Sometimes we use this machine, leg press, for calf exercises. We like to standing calf raises, however sometimes the weight goes on the shoulder it’s too much for someone that has lower back injury.
So what we will do is use this machine. We sit in this chair with our feet shoulder width apart. Push yourself upward until our legs are straight and go up on you tip toes. And do calf raises.
