Gym Smarts: Upper Body - Chest press

To use this machine so that you don't have to overstretch your shoulder you can start by using this lever down here with your feet. Push downward which brings this down in front of you.

Once you hold on to this you let this one go and just do a chest press motion. Be careful not to bring your arms back to far which would over stretch your shoulder joints.

Causing shoulder injuries. When you're done with your set bring this out, put your feet back on here, and you can put your hands in your lap and put this back.
