Hey, what's going on? I want to talk to you about what my personal training routine is.

I'm sure you're curious about that. Well, I weight train about four to five days a week. How do I split that? One week four, one week five, one week four, one week five. Helps to recover my body properly.

As far as my cardio is concerned, I do cardio three times a week-- and it's sprinting. I split my sprinting days Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Why do I split the days that way? Because I want to give myself a couple days to recover before I do the routine again.

Do not do sprinting back-to-back. You need time to recover your muscles from the sprint-- you're going to be sore. How do I find the time to train when I'm busy training clients? I just make it happen. You just have to make it happen.

Working out, I look at it-- and you should look at it-- as personal hygiene. Brushing your teeth, taking a shower-- that is personal hygiene.

OK, so that's how I look at it. And I think if you look at it, you're just going to make time regardless of how busy you are.
