You need to meditate. Meditation is not hard at all. Let me show you how to do it. First, find a quiet space. Turn everything off-- the phones, the people, all the sounds.

Find that space. Have a seat just like I am. Cross your legs, if you want to. Open your palms. Close your eyes. That's it.
