Don't be afraid to lift weights. It's actually a better fat burner than just doing the elliptical for two hours a day. SUBJECT 1
You may still be the same clothing size, but you'll see that your clothes will fit differently. And oftentimes, you'll find that they fit better. SUBJECT 2
You sleep better. I sleep so well. SUBJECT 3
Mentally, this is like making me really strong. SUBJECT 2
It all comes from within, still. And you have to be able to self-motivate. SUBJECT 1
There's nothing more important than taking care of yourself.
