Hey, what’s going on? I’m here to talk to you about the signs of overtraining. What are those? Some of the signs of overtraining are always plateauing. You’re never able to improve. Another sign is aches and pains. You’re always sore. Another sign is you can’t sleep. You’re always stressed. It’s not necessary for you to train 7 days a week or even 6 days a week to obtain your goal. Trust me, I know. That was me years ago. I used to overtrain, 6, 7 days a week. I changed it. 4 to 5 days a week. No more than 90 minutes cardio and weights. And I started feeling better. I was sleeping better. I wasn’t sore anymore and I was improving, fat loss wise, muscle wise. OK? Listen to your body. That’s the biggest thing I would tell you. Resting and recuperating allows your body to be ready to train them again. So that’s the signs of overtraining.
