If you have a strong and healthy back, the bicycle is a great exercise that you can do that doesn't require any equipment and incorporates all of your core muscles.

Some of the things you want to remember: are that you want to keep your elbows back and focus on bringing your shoulder across.

You want to engage your abdominal muscles to support your back and it's a really good idea not to lace your fingers and try to relax your arms and neck while you perform the exercise.
