For me, this is a perfect pre-workout snack.

SPEAKER 2
You have the protein. You have healthy fats. And then you have fruit. And we think about it for lunch. But we actually should consider it for breakfast, as well.

SPEAKER 1
I like it.

SPEAKER 2
All right, Don, let's get some strawberries here.

SPEAKER 1
So typically, you know, I try to buy organic. But sometimes I don't always have access to organic.

SPEAKER 2
I don't get too focused on organic. I'm fine. People can use fresh. They can use frozen. It's just most people aren't eating fruit.

SPEAKER 1
When I'm making different dishes, I like to make sure that they're colorful. How do they taste? Good?

SPEAKER 2
Very good. I don't want you using white bread. I want you to use something like a whole wheat bread. You can use something with seeds. That's what we're going to use today.

SPEAKER 1
Ezekiel, something sprouted.

SPEAKER 2
Sure.

SPEAKER 1
Something powerful.

SPEAKER 2
You just don't want to use white bread, because that has very little nutritional--

SPEAKER 1
Right.

SPEAKER 2
--value.

SPEAKER 1
We're doing peanut butter and strawberry slices. And we're going to crisp this up a little bit, right?

SPEAKER 2
We're going to grill it.

SPEAKER 1
So now, we're going to throw the top--

SPEAKER 2
That's right.

SPEAKER 1
--on.

SPEAKER 2
What I do is just put one on top of the other like a sandwich. 2:00 minutes this side. Flip it. 2:00 minutes the other, voila.

SPEAKER 1
We're going to fire up our grill.

SPEAKER 2
All right.

SPEAKER 1
We're going to use about a teaspoon of olive oil. And we're going to lay that down. And we're going to let it cook. We want to cook this until, you know, it's crispy, it's golden brown on each side.

SPEAKER 2
You could do that or set your timer for 2:00 or 3:00 minutes each side.

SPEAKER 1
Or you can do that.

SPEAKER 2
[INAUDIBLE] [RINGING] Very nice.

SPEAKER 1
It's almost like-- I've never eaten a grilled cheese in my life. I don't like grilled cheese. But this nice golden brown right now, this is delicious. I am done with this. This is fantastic. We are ready to go.

SPEAKER 2
All right.

SPEAKER 1
Beautiful. I am not a fan of doing a lot of dishes. So why go grab another knife, even though we have one there?

SPEAKER 2
OK.

SPEAKER 1
We can just use a spatula.

SPEAKER 2
Let's see if this works.

SPEAKER 1
This will work. I guarantee it. [INAUDIBLE] Boom. Yeah.

SPEAKER 2
All right. Let's give it a taste.

SPEAKER 1
Oh, my god, ready?

That is very good.
