Hey folks. We have an amazing total body cardio fat loss work out today for you.

Before we start we are going to warm up and jog. OK? Get the blood flowing in the muscles. Make sure we got a nice little warm up.

All right. No injuries. Very, very important before you start the routine, slow little jog. You're going to have fun today. I promise you that. You're going to hate me, but you're going to love me. But you're going to have a great workout. Everybody's laughing here, but we're going to have some fun.

All right, fitness is fun. Blood flowing to the muscles. Five, four, three, two, one, switch feet. OK, using the arms. Make sure you're breathing. You're switching to feet. I'm here with you. Great job. You're doing good. Doing 30 seconds. You're doing fantastic. Keep up the great work. Keep it up. Keep it up. You're doing really good. Focus. Make sure you're breathing. All right, five, four, three, two, one, break.

Now do this little slow jog. All right, we're resting right now. Use that rest. 15 to 20 seconds. Rest up.

Use as much rest time as you can to recover to start the next one. We're going to go for jumping jacks. Let's go. Great job. Come on. You're doing good. You're doing good. All right, but you're still getting a great work out. The next exercise is going to be high knees. Oh, it's going to feel good. About to start right now. Let's do it. High knees. Use those arms. Pump up. All right, this is working your core. It's a total body work out. Great job. You're doing good. Keep those knees up. Focus. Make sure you're breathing. Very important to breathe.
